Orphaned, spent time in Mother Teresa Orphanage. Adopted by Donald E, Tobey Family in Sliverton Oregon and spent her life growing up there.

Take Interstate 5 exit 260 Chemawa Rd. Head east about 4 miles on Hazel Green Rd. Turn right on Howell Prairie Rd. This is the second stop sign from Hwy 99, Portland Rd. Turn left at the Pratum Coop gas station on Silverton Rd. heading east to Silverton Oregon.

Turn right immediately just past railroad crossing onto Railroad Avenue.
Turn left immediately onto grassy road into Silverton Cemetary, go past the green Mausoleum
Continue straight back to the Grounds keeper shed and park your cars.

I loved Hope C Tobey for almost 14 years. We had differences, we fought some. I miss here now. I did not pay enough attention to her the last few weeks. Now she is gone to heaven and feeling no more pain. AMEN! I will cry for now, and cherish her memories as they come to my mind. I declare my love for Hope Tobey, here today.
Jesus Christ offers forgiveness for yours sins and my sins. We all fall short of living a sinless life. God is righteous and pure, So don't be tricked into the belief that I lived a good life and God should accept me into heaven. You will just skate on by those pearly gates!
The first of the Four Spiritual Laws is, "God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life." John 3:16 tells us, "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 10:10 gives us the reason that Jesus came, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." What is blocking us from God’s love? What is preventing us from having an abundant life?
The second of the Four Spiritual Laws is, "Humanity is tainted by sin and is therefore separated from God. As a result, we cannot know God’s wonderful plan for our lives." Romans 3:23 affirms this information, "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Romans 6:23 gives us the consequences of sin, "the wages of sin is death." God created us to have fellowship with Him. However, humanity brought sin into the world, and is therefore separated from God. We have ruined the relationship with Him that God intended us to have. What is the solution?
The third of the Four Spiritual Laws is, "Jesus Christ is God’s only provision for our sin. Through Jesus Christ, we can have our sins forgiven and restore a right relationship with God."
The Fourth of the Four Spiritual Laws is, "We must place our faith in Jesus Christ as Savior in order to receive the gift of salvation and know God’s wonderful plan for our lives." John 1:12 describes this for us, "Yet to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God."
If you want to trust in Jesus Christ as your Savior, say the following words to God. Saying these words will not save you, but trusting in Christ will! This prayer is simply a way to express to God your faith in Him and thank Him for providing for your salvation. "God, I know that I have sinned against you and deserve punishment. But Jesus Christ took the punishment that I deserve so that through faith in Him I could be forgiven. I place my trust in You for salvation. Thank You for Your wonderful grace and forgiveness - the gift of eternal life! Amen!"

Tobey and Fred L Finster in heaven, where we will praise God and enjoy fellowship with each other and all the people who accepted God's gift of eternal life. Don't pass this opportunity to make a decision. Two weeks ago Hope's health was declining. We talked a bit, she played here songs on the cellphone. She had cardiac arrest on Saturday morning September 25, 2021. She talked about making it to Christmas time this year 2021, but that did not happen. So too, you may think you have time to settle with God later when you are not so busy with Job, Kids, Family, life. More time later, but then it does not happen. What will you say to God on the judgement day? I was a good person. I helped others. What will God say to you? Come into heaven with me? I think NOT. "Depart from me, I never knew you." That is why when I was young I accepted Jesus Christ as my savior and accept his gift of eternal life. Jesus death on the cross, paid the price for my sins in this life, not any good thing I did here in life.
Come join Hope and I for relationship with us and a celebration of life for eternity in heaven. Do not get left behind or separated from a relationship with Jesus Christ. We hope you make a decision to accept Jesus Christ's payment for your sins., and not a decision to wait until a better time in life, LATER. It is appointed for man to die once, then the judgement before God. Your choice to make while human and alive. Relationship with Jesus. I am not talking about practicing religion. Going through a set of motions and practices that are religious in nature. I am speaking about a Relationship with Jesus. Talking in prayer about your joys, concerns, and problems with Jesus. That is what is satisfying in a relationship with God. I feel dead now because my relationship with Hope C Tobey is broken, gone, no more. Can't ask her a question or share a thought or have an ongoing relationship. My heart is broken, yet I will turn my attention to the God that loves me even though my sins exist, God sees me as white as snow, because the blood of Jesus covers my ugly sins. He paid the price.
